I will need more specifics to be able to assist here is there a particular build of the software for servers you are using which had predefined exclusion in it? After migrating to SC are you upgrading the client machines to Endpoint 10 and are you looking to import policy setting from previous policy into new one? The endpoint 10 policy has predefined Microsoft and few other vendors recommended exclusion in it see attached screenshot for some detail. Please let me know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and i may be able to assist or put you in touch with support personnel that can provide some guidance.
